Your account
Your profile, share page brand and emails; your plan, card and invoices; what fills your storage and where your AI actions went; analysis, export and deletion.
Your name and picture at the foot of the left column open the account menu: the four tabs of your account page — General, Plan & billing, Usage, Privacy & GDPR — and Logout.
General
- Profile — your Display Name and Phone (Optional). You sign in with Google, GitHub or a link sent to your email; any of them with the same email address opens the same account.
- Share pages — the name and logo your shared albums show. See Your name, logo and watermark.
- Email Preferences — one switch each for the Newsletter and Tips & Tutorials (both off to start), Product Updates, Feature Announcements, Getting Started (a few emails in your first two weeks, each skipped once you have done what it suggests) and the Weekly Share Summary. A switch takes effect at once. The emails the service has to send — sign-in links, an export being ready, a payment that failed — don't depend on them.
Plan & billing
Plan shows your plan, what it costs, when it renews, and how much of its storage and AI actions you use. Prices are on Pricing.
- Upgrade (on Free) or Change plan opens Choose Your Plan. From Free you pay on Stripe's checkout page — or, with a card saved from an earlier plan, it is charged straight away. From a paid plan, a bigger plan — or yearly instead of monthly — applies at once, and the confirm dialog shows what is Due now (prorated for the rest of this period). The AI actions you have used this month still count on the new plan.
- Cancel plan… stops the renewal: you keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Until then, Resume Subscription undoes it. To move to a smaller plan, cancel, and choose it once the period has ended.
- Refunds: a new subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days; after that, case by case. A full refund of a new subscription ends it, and the account moves to Free.
Payment method shows the card renewals are charged to; Manage in Stripe changes it, your billing address or your tax ID. Invoices lists every charge and refund, each with a PDF.
When a payment fails
We email you, and your plan keeps working for 7 days while the payment is retried — the plan card says until when, with Update payment method. After that your limits are Free's; if the payment still goes through, on a retry or once you update your card, the plan comes back.
Over your storage
Over your plan's storage — when you fill it, after a failed payment's 7 days, when a cancelled plan ends, or after a move to a smaller plan — your library is read-only: uploads, copies and new photos from presets or AI actions wait until there is room, while browsing, sharing, downloading, exporting and restoring from the trash keep working. The terms say what can happen to a library still over the Free plan's storage 12 months after a paid plan ended.
Usage
- Storage — a bar of your library, your trash and the space left, with roughly how many more photos fit. It counts the full-size file of every photo, the trash included; previews don't count. By file type breaks it down by format, with Empty trash… beside the trash; Largest folders lists your five largest.
- AI actions — how many are left and the day they reset, as a strip with one frame per action. A used frame shows the photo it went on and opens its job, or names the album whose captions it drafted; a running one is given back if its photo fails. See AI jobs lists the jobs.
Privacy & GDPR
- Photo analysis — the Analyze my photos switch and Analyze all photos. See Photo analysis.
- Export your library — see Exporting your library.
- Delete Account — at once, and it can't be undone: your profile, your photos with the copies and new photos made from them, your folders, your albums and their share links, and your settings; any subscription is cancelled first. You confirm by typing DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Export first if you want to keep anything.
