Normal-priority requests get a reply within 24 hours; high-priority within 4 hours. We're a small team — be specific about what you tried, attach screenshots, and include the affected file name when you can.

Make sure you're using the same way you signed up (Google, GitHub or email). If you signed up with email, the sign-in link can land in spam — check there first. Still stuck? Submit the form here with the email on the account and we'll help recover access.

When an upload ends with files that didn't go in, the upload panel stays open as a report: each file, grouped by why, with Retry for the ones a second try can fix and the list to copy or download as CSV. Files that aren't photos — sidecars, videos — are skipped, not failed. If a photo still fails, note its name, format and size, then submit the support form. Files over 250 MB are refused by design.

Up to 2,000, and an account can have up to 1,000 albums — the same on every plan. For a shoot larger than that, make one album per subfolder: choose New album from folder… on each one, and each album gets a link of its own to share.

Yes. Export is always available — at any time, on any plan, over your storage or not: Account → Privacy & GDPR → Export your library. You get your originals, byte for byte, in their folders, a metadata file for each photo and your account data, as one or more zip files. We email you when it is ready, and it stays downloadable for 7 days.
