Prohibited Content - Uploaded Images
Do not upload content that is illegal, promotes violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups.
Do not upload images that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights unless you own or have licensed such rights.
Do not upload images containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitation content.
Do not upload malware, viruses, or files designed to harm systems or users.
Avoid storing personally identifiable information unless you have the legal right to do so and comply with applicable privacy laws.
Prohibited AI-Generated Content
Do not use AI generation to create illegal content, including CSAM, non-consensual sexual imagery, or content depicting violence or harm.
Do not generate deepfakes or manipulated images intended to deceive, defraud, or harm individuals without clear disclosure.
Do not generate images that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or the likeness rights of individuals (especially public figures) for commercial purposes without authorization.
Do not create images intended for harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or incitement of violence.
Do not attempt to bypass content filters or safety mechanisms through prompt engineering or other means.
Political deepfakes and misleading electoral content must include clear disclosure that they are AI-generated.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, edit, and process all images you submit to the platform.
When using AI generation, you are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not request copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or protected artistic styles without authorization.
Commercial use of AI-generated images depicting recognizable individuals, brands, or copyrighted elements is your responsibility and may require additional licenses.
If you receive a valid DMCA takedown notice regarding content you've uploaded or generated, we may remove the content and, for repeat violations, suspend your account.
Responsible AI Use
Use AI generation features responsibly and ethically, considering the potential impact of generated content.
Disclose that images are AI-generated when sharing them in contexts where authenticity matters (news, evidence, public discourse).
Do not use AI generation to impersonate real individuals or organizations for deceptive purposes.
Respect the rights and dignity of individuals when generating images that depict people or identifiable groups.
Security
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorization.
Do not attempt to access other users' images, prompts, or account data.
Immediately report suspected security incidents to security@mediamoana.com.
Resource Usage
Refrain from activities that degrade service performance for other customers, including automated bulk actions outside documented APIs.
Do not abuse AI generation limits through rapid-fire requests, account cycling, or other circumvention methods.
Contact us if you require dedicated resources for large-scale ingestion, processing, or AI generation.
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
Violations involving illegal content, safety risks, or repeated abuse will result in immediate account termination.
We employ automated and manual content moderation to detect policy violations. Flagged content may be reviewed by our trust and safety team.
Serious abuse, including CSAM, violent content, or illegal activity, will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
