Contact Sheet
Every frame side by side, the picks circled.
Choose Contact Sheet for an album you share, and the photos lie in even rows like a sheet from the darkroom, each with its frame number. It is the one to send to another photographer — or to print.
3 looks
Clean — the default
The sheet on the page itself: every frame the same size, its number and settings under it, the highlights circled in red pen.
Proof print
A sheet of photo paper with the frames on it as strips of black film — sprocket holes, edge numbers, and the camera and the day printed along the edge when you show them — each frame's settings under its strip, the picks circled in red. On a phone, a strip slides sideways.
Lightbox
The frames as slides on a lit lightbox, each in a card mount the shape of its photo, with its number and day on the mount, its settings under it, and a red dot on the picks. With a mouse, a loupe follows the pointer and shows the slide larger.
What visitors get
- Frames
- All the same size, in the album's order, each photo whole in its frame with its number under it.
- Margin
- Focal length, aperture, shutter speed and ISO under each frame, when you show how photos were taken.
- Picks
- The album's highlights, circled as in red pen — the one colour on the sheet.
- Head
- How many frames, the days and dates they span and the cameras, as far as you show them, and what the circles and numbers mean.
- Rows
- Four, five or six frames a row on a computer, or as many as fit — and, if you choose, each day on a row of its own under its date and places.
- Photos
- A frame opens its photo full screen.
- Prints as the Clean sheet in every look, on A4 or Letter, the album's title over every page.
