Album template
Gallery
The whole album, every photo whole.
Gallery is how an album you share opens unless you choose another template: the cover, the title and your description, then the photos in the order you gave them. The people you send it to scroll, open any photo full screen, or press Play.
3 looks
Rows — the default
The cover across the whole screen, the title and your description under it, then every photo in rows at its own shape. With three highlights or more, the first three open as a spread — one large, two stacked beside it — unless they stand too tall for one; the rest follow in rows. Grouped by day, each day's date and places sit in a column beside its photos, a line above them on a phone.
Portfolio
The album's words in a column that stays where it is while the photos scroll past — the title, your description, its facts, the buttons and an index of its days — beside the cover and every photo in columns, each going into the shortest. The highlights come first, in two columns. On a phone the column heads the page.
Exhibition
The album hung on a wall. The cover opens it in a wide mat beside the title, then every photo is framed in a mat with a label under it — its number, its place and day as far as you show them, and your caption. The highlights hang first, larger — two to a row on a computer. A photo a visitor loves gets a red dot on its label.
